Position:	Director- Full Time
Location:	Southington
Role:	Meeting with parents to discuss enrollment, day care routines, scheduling and policies Hiring, training and supervision of all staff in the day care Developing schedules, planning outings and field trips Discussing and addressing parent or staff concerns as they occur Advertising, marketing, billing and handling all accounts receivable
Requirements:	Previous experience managing a day care center and a bachelors degree or higher Sales experience is a plus Possess the ability to lead, strong communication skills and be a problem solver as well as a team player

Schedule:	Monday thru Friday 8 - 9 am, 11:15 am - 12:45 pm, 2:45 - 3:45 pm
Requirements	Valid Connecticut drivers license and endorsement "A", Public Passenger Endorsement Clean driving record Be able to pass drug screen and background check
